What is this car called, and what company was responsible for the modifications?

Unfortunately, a search for "bilious green" didn't show this car. I may have to try something else.

It reminds me of the generic "CAR" pictures (stock illustrations? Clip Art?)used by local commercial artists in the '70s and '80s.
This thing is fairly unloveable, and the scope of my tastes range is pretty wide...

1974 Ford Drag-N-Fly Maverick
The conversion was done by Eagle Coach Company of Dallas Texas and the cars were sold by Eagle Lincoln Mercury.
Apparently they made 400 and they were based on Maverick Grabber 302 Automatics

Ah! I'm rememberizing!
This is a 1974 Ford Maverick "Drag-N-Fly".
A Ford dealership in Dallas offered a couple hundred Maverick Grabbers with the special fiberglass nose and tail package.
Eagle Coach Corp (also in Dallas) made the fiberglass bits and sold them either to the dealership or as a stand-alone kit.
