It is a Camargue by Niko-Michael Coachworks.  What sort of modifications did they perform?

The most important modification was the retractable hard-top (some years before Peugeot and Mercedes made this kinf od "hard-retractable tops" quite popular.

I think the modification was really well made, and it was really advanced for this age.
