The car has 4 seats it was for James Garner. So the car is called the James Garner Special and it was built by Mike Haas Of California. I believe it is currently at the Barber Motorsports Museum

And the point goes to RosenbergM for the completely correct answer.

I believe it is in the Barber Museum as well, I think the paint job currently mentions something about "Barber Ice Cream".
