It is a slightly newer Hudson Super Six.  Not sure if Biddle and Smart were involved.  Looking for the name of the man who customized this car.

I've found it now, the car was customised by Ben B. Ellerbeck. It is said to be the first retractable hardtop, built on a 1922 Hudson Super Six. Although, I think that style of radiator surround is more like the 1916 style, rather than the later and wider 1922 style. The lady is winding a small crank handle that raises and lowers the roof.
