I think, this is the "Strömer" we had before (Built by Carl Axel Strömer from Nörrköping in Sweden. Built in or before 1995):

The nick name is Heavy Strömer  :)
I saw the "Strömliner" (a other cutom from Heavy Strömer) in Hannover and in Sweden few years ago, a very good Kustom.
