It may be a Mannesmann-Mulag from ca. 1918 at the body works.

That's good enough for a point. The picture is from 1925, but this Mannesmann-Mulag could well have received his second body then.

There is not much out there on this marque but I believe the style of louvers in the side of the motor hood and the front mounted shock absorbers were unique to this brand.  Something I remembered from another quiz somewhere.

Regarding the exact year, I am not sure.  The solid wheels for a road going truck do indicate, though, an earlier "birth year".
