Apparently right hand drive?  Passenger door on the left.  So presumably a country that drives on the left.  Short wheelbase so somewhere with winding roads.

I think so. I have the name of the bus, a name of a company which probably built it, the technical base, a timespan of two years and the knowledge that more than one was built. That's about it.
