Congratulations! It is a Stoewer V 5, which featured FWD and swing axles before the DKW F1.
We just had the V 5 Sport before (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=24202), not the regular one.

Thank you for the point, Gerd.......

Three hours of research and I could not come up with this exact vehicle, but the swing axles and the five cooling louvers in the motor hood plus the general design of the radiator mask/grille at least gave me some ID clues.  I assume this was a factory body as it has no "stylish" features common on coach built bodies.
