This maker which did the conversion still exists?

Unfortunately I´ve found this picture in the same deactivated site that the other tow puzzles, so the only info that I remember is that it is a Japanese conversion to MR2

I've found a similar car called Unicorn MR2 (Toyota MR2 1996) owned by drtakeshi from Sendai, Japan. He claims "This is my car and still under modification."  The difference is the front view, but in the lateral view looks the same
