It's the Wilson GT, designed by Jo Marquart for Edinburgh garage owner Tim Wilson and raced by him and Alistair Mackintosh in club and national events. Powered by a highly-tuned Ford 1598cc pushrod engine, so highly tuned it didn't last long. The photo shows it at Ingliston on 4 September 1966.
Interestingly, it has been found and is being restored by a young engineering apprentice. There is a thread on 10/10ths forum.
