Augustus Bucciali ? He drove in the 1922,1923 and 1925 races but was a DNA in 1924.

(I have no idea if he is related to Paul and Angelo Bucciali who went on to bigger things, literally)

I think it is Paul-Albert Bucciali driving his own car at the Grand Prix de Boulogne (also known as Coupe Boillot) in 1922. I was just looking for the name Bucciali. This first Buc had a two-stroke engine developed by Marcel Violet.

My source simply says A.Bucciali - he finished 6th, the only Buc entered that year.
