It is the Volkhart R1 and its base is a Rabag-Bugatti. Well done, another point for you.

As one can see in the last of the attached pictures, the R1 originally carried a "Sander Rakete P.R.I." lettering at its side. Some work on the car must have been made by P.H.Bachmann. Any more information available about this company?
