This is the 60hp FIAT Cyclone. The photo was taken on the beach at Volusia County, Florida in 1908.. The actual car itself, I think is more likely to date from 1906-07.

That would make it Ormond or Daytona Beach, right?

The photo shows Emanuele Cedrino driving the FIAT Cyclone with an unknown "mechanician" (David Bruce-Brown?)  I don't know who's on the front axle adding "downforce." (Cedrino was killed in later that year driving this car at Pimlico in Maryland.)
