No, it isn't pedal-driven.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

Is that one of those "Put your head through the hole and your friend (or the pro photographer) can take your photo" things?

Your observations may lead you the way, although the driver is not a man.

This time a small black hole is sufficient to enter into eternal darkness.

A child's car?
In size, but not in purpose.

Like a 1901 Chiquita electric?
Not that one.

A car for a dwarf in a travelling show?
Yes!

And I have to admit that I may have given a misleading answer here:
Like a 1901 Chiquita electric?
Not that one.
The car was not called Chiquita, but ...

Locked for D-Type and RayTheRat.

Jenkins? (builder of the Chiquita)

Yes, it is the 1901 Jenkins Runabout, buit for Mexican Alice Espiridiona, known as Chiquita the Doll Lady, because of her height of just 26''.

Two more points for you, Ray.

Well, I'll be darned!  It was a guess based on a photo of the Chiquita where the name of the manufacturer was shown.
