Base car is not Austrian, but there is a small connection to Gräf & Stift

When I was looking at it last night, it seemed to scream, "Horch!" But I couldn't find any definite connection. So, I guess I'll ask if it's a Horch.

Ohh...I can't find any connection between Horch and G&S, but my reference resources there are somewhat limited.
