Here's a special one for Otto since I know he just loves having his eyesight assaulted!  So what exactly is this contraption, for 1 point?:

ANYONE FOUND GIVING ANSWERS OBTAINED BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH BY IMAGE MAY BE BANNED FOR AN INDETERMINATE PERIOD!

I'm pretty sure it's the same car painted a different colour!
In fact I have another picture of it in grey; they probably thought that a bit too anonymous...!

It does actually have some writing in the side panel on some of the pictures promoting something, although not a product and certainly nothing well-known but only very local.

(Who repainted the prototype Cobra several times to give the impression there was more than one in existence)

One site claims they are solar-powered. I cannot see any visual evidence to support this.  Thank goodness there aren't any more like these.

I was hoping to get "Citroen Xantia Athena" but since you've got the car anyway I'll give you the point.
I've also seen no evidence that they are solar-powered; wishful thinking no doubt..
Also I've seen no evidence that more than 1 car was built; all the photos show a car registered R191 DWV..
