It's a French JDM microcar from the '80s It was presented as 49SL in 1981, latter in 1982 become 125SLboth with single stroke engine. In 1983 was presented as SLD with Diesel engine. The unit of the picture may be one of these last model due to the type of lights as the former had square shaped lights.
