I believe this one to be an Alvis-Straussler armored car MK I built by Manfried Weiss in Hungary in 1933.

This one had a "transportation" body of mild steel which I gather made it easier to ship it to the UK for trials.

There were several "Marks" and I believe this formed the basis for the Csaba armored car later found in the Hungarian Army.

Below, another photo of the car.

That's the car, except that at this stage it is just a Straussler AC1. Alvis joined in 1936 in order to produce the AC3.

One point for you...

... and for me the unexpected feeling of posting a Hungarian car that Pal didn't recognize.  ;)
