This is the third-generation Due, a French 'value brand' voiture sans permis launched earlier this summer by the DrivePlanet Ligier-Microcar group.  Three trim levels are offered; this one being the top-line Dynamoc.

The first-seneration Due was based around an earlier Ligier X-TOO model, and sold only in Italy, Spain and Portugal, with the second-generation Due being based around a Microcar MC1, and offered in more markets, including France!

Yes, correct. I see that the second-generation Dué was posted by you: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=14780
One more point for you.

Bad luck, thorax, but thanks for the additional pictures.

I just see that you both were slightly wrong, as the top-of-the-line model is called Premium, not Dynamic.  ;)
The base model is the Initial. You can easily distinguish them by the degree of imitating a second side window by using black colour.

It's interesting and rare that officially this car has no actual model name, with Premium, Dynamic, etc., being just the trim level designations  All very odd! :P

It didn't have a model name either. Sometimes they were incorrectly called Ligier Dué, not to be confused with this much older prototype: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=9952
