It's rather hard to believe that anyone, anyone at all, would actually take the time and trouble to design and manufacture this......whatever it is. :o , then there is the question of who would use it as a wedding car. I thought one's wedding day was supposed to be happy! Oh well, to each his own.

Is it French? I think I can see a yellow headlamp bulb.

It's difficult to gauge the size of this vehicle, but judging by the general proportions, and the forward driving position, could it be based on a Citroën H Van?

This vehicle appears to me to have something of an Asian aura.  Might the coachbuilder be from Asia?

Was this built by an individual person, or a company?

I've found it!!!  Although I don't read French, I think it says that this is one of two prototypes made on a Citroen HY base by RTG (whoever they are).

Well done, that's about all I know about it as well. It is called Bus de ville (city bus) and was built in the small town of Pleurtuit in Brittany.
