It's a 1928 Chevrolet truck built by AEG (auto and electric company) of Brandenburg/Havel, Germany.
Not Poland nor Belgium, because 4popoid is right (again). This Chevrolet was built by the Auto- und Elektro-Gesellschaft of Brandenburg/Havel. Despite the same abbreviation, this company had nothing to do with the big AEG company from Berlin which built the NAG cars.
