It's going to be a windy trip.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

This is not one of the best known Helica cars, so I dug about 1915-1925 prototypes that didn't reach a regular production, but I haven't found a picture of the quiz car; I found some notes about a three wheeled air propelled car, built in Romania by a certain Mr. Vuja. Is there any connection?

I think there is no Romanian connection.

Perhaps I searched in a too late period; locking better at the photo I guess it is from 1906-1914 or so.
Had its builder any connection with aviation or early plane production?

1915-1925 is too late.
I don't know much about the builder, but at least there is a connection of a family member to aviation.

Assuming that Wraith is more known than Bleriot and so obviously wrong, I guess Fokker.

Givaudin?  I found this man produced some planes in 1908-9 using Vermorel engines...maybe He tried the car adventure too.

Not Givaudin, but I think of similar obscurity, although I am not into old aircrafts.

Pritchoff-Koecklin?
Locked for you, as one of those two is the family name I am looking for (except for a little typo).
Tell me the full name of the builder, and the point is yours.

Well, after a check of the source where I found those names of aviator pioneers, I understand that the name you are searching for is Koechlin (the one I wrote uncorrectly);  The name of the plane builder (I post two pictures of the Pischoff-Koechlin monoplane from 1908) is Paul Koechlin.  I actually don't have idea if he is the same Koechlin who built the quiz car.  Under one of the pictures, there is a description of the engine used for that monoplane, and I guess it could be similar to the one of the quiz car, obviously I have no prove

Yes, the builder was a member of the Koechlin family, but not Paul. I have no idea about the engine which was used in the car.

Locked for one try at the builder's name.

Please Unlock...I dug all the net and I found almost a hundred different Koechlin, born from 1875 and 1888 (assuming the driver pictured in the photo is the man we are searching for he should be 20-30 years old in 1908-9); there is a Charles music compositor, a Maurice whom is said to be due the Tour Eifel's idea, but I found no name connected with cars or plane but Paul.
Had he a tipical french name or a german-coming one?  I ask this because I suppose Koechlin family came from Alsace.
