Just a chassis, but you will find out what it is.  ;)

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

It looks like the wheel is quite advanced and the radiator is positioned on the left side of the chassis...was it a French taxi or a little van?

The radiator looks like the Sigma's one...but I never found a Sigma with that kind of chassis.  Is it perhaps a car built with pieces coming from different cars?

Well, with these picture I have no doubt...the car is...a wrech!  There are not many notices about this marque on the net; I understand that it began to build cars in 1913 using Malicet & Blin engines; after the first WW, Sigma built quite conventional cars both with CIME, SCAP and Ballot engines, from 800 to 1600 cc.
I have a pair of Sigma pictures in my archive, and the 20 cv is the one I think has some point in common with puzzle car, such as radiator and wheels.  So that's my guess, Sigma 20cv tourer, 1925.

A little bit older, and I only have a type designation, no CV size, and I have the engine maker.
Give me the year and the engine maker, and the point is yours.

I've no clue but, as Cime produced little engines, I suppose it provided the two cilinder version, and the quiz car is a four cilinder, so I take Cime off the list. I'm not able to see differences between a Scap or Ballot engines; both these makers produced car for normal use and for races.  This other picture that I post, has a 1921 caption...so I guess Ballot (alphabetical order), 1921.

Spot on!
I found it as a 1921 Sigma Type V with a Ballot engine. Regarding the "Var" sign, the seat and its position, it looks as if it was converted to some kind of tractor sometimes in its life.
