It's rather hard to believe that anyone, anyone at all, would actually take the time and trouble to design and manufacture this......whatever it is.
, then there is the question of who would use it as a wedding car. I thought one's wedding day was supposed to be happy! Oh well, to each his own.

It's difficult to gauge the size of this vehicle, but judging by the general proportions, and the forward driving position, could it be based on a Citroën H Van?

This vehicle appears to me to have something of an Asian aura. Might the coachbuilder be from Asia?

I've found it!!! Although I don't read French, I think it says that this is one of two prototypes made on a Citroen HY base by RTG (whoever they are).

Well done, that's about all I know about it as well. It is called Bus de ville (city bus) and was built in the small town of Pleurtuit in Brittany.
