The maker is not German and so not Adler.

I believe the uniforms are Russian, and if so it should have an interesting history to go with the photo.

Further research indicates that this was the personal "Booty" car of a Russian Colonel in Berlin in 1945.
He gave up an Opel Kadett for this car................

I think I read somewhere that 5 of these cars were built and I think at least one survived the war.
