Very Osca-like grill - but I think this is from an Italian-born making french cars ; Gordini T24S from 1953 ?

It's a Gordini but not a T24S.

Ok to put it more precise : Gordini Type 24S 1953
This is the exact car which raced in Mille Miglia (Brescia) 2011 by Mr Obadia

The site I got this particular picture from described it as a T26, but on investigation I find that it's wrong and you are right!
So that's another point for you.
