George Barris is the creator of this vehicle. I have it as XXXXXXXX Rickshaw (Don't count the X's).

Chinatown Express Ricksha

The name seems to be different on every photo of the vehicle.

I was looking for Osaka Rickshaw, but as the box says Chinatown Express Ricksha, I'll use that as the answer.
