Continuing with an earlier quiz, is this possibly a conversion from a WWII vehicle, maybe American??

My source doesn't say if this truck derives from a WWII conversion, but it could be possible. It's American.

I just got lucky and found both in the same place while looking for something else.
I would bet we both had the same source.

Some days are like that, I guess.  Hours of research and nothing, then one single click on the web and all kinds of answers pop up.

Nothing to be proud of but what the heck.
