This one looks similar to other trucks from its builder, but is different. For one point: What was this truck - make, year, and type.

From what I have been able to find so far, this is a Ford/Fordson TT prototype COE built in 1926.

The details are a bit scarce so far, but it appears it is a one off and perhaps one of 12 different prototypes built around that time.
The use of the name Fordson is also a bit unclear as there seem to be two stories out there.   One is that the prototypes were built using a number of Fordson Tractor components, these being US products, and another that they were proposals for launching in the UK as British Fordson trucks.

I will continue to look for more information, but thought I would post what I think is the basic correct answer here just to be safe.
