I´ve only found a connection to the Industrion Kerkrade.
(which I unfortunately did not visit during my 10 years in the Aachen region... )
and to the name Rik Lemmens, which I am not sure might be the current owner.

Rik, excuse me using your name here in the public, but this is a most interesting little car and maybe some day we´ll know the history.
