Argentieri from Buenos Aires. They built this kind of Coupe de Ville both on Wolseley and Ceirano chassis.

Yes this is a Wolseley with a body made by  José Argentieri & Cia from Buenos Aires, like many car coachbuilders they had started making horse drawn carriages, they made some lavish bodies on luxury cars like the Hispano Suiza interior below.
