No, it's not. This car is much too big to be a DKW F1 which was a 600 cc roadster.
Benter / Schrader have the puzzle car as a 1933 DKW Sonderklasse with Erdmann & Rossi coachwork. In 1933, Erdmann & Rossi took over the Jos. Neuss company and incorporated the name into their emblem. This suffix was dropped in 1935.
