looks quite similar to a De Tomaso Mangousta,i will try that even if it seems too easy ::)

Its a Giugiaro/Ital Design rendering from 1971 for his 1972 Lotus Esprit showcar (AKA the Kiwi or Silver Car).

The wheels are actually Photostated from a photograph of his previous Tapiro Porsche showcar.

The front of this drawing also resembles the Tapiro and the vent design behind the side glass on the rear hatch was later incorporated into his later BMW M1 design.

That's right, yes.
It's a bit of an amalgam of all sorts of Giugiaro design cues from the period, the rear side windows reminding me of his earlier Maserati Ghibli and de Tomaso Mangusta.

Here's the source picture; the upper one looks much more like the actual prototype:
