Please identify the coachbuilder for a point. I have a vague idea about the donor, but I am not 100 percent sure

The base vehicle looks like a Chevrolet from about 1914 or 15, so is the coachbuilder from the US?

Is This car is an ambulance/hearse built in 1914 by Findlay Carriage Company, Ohio.  The base could be a Cadillac, but I'm not sure.
