It looks like a long wheelbase for a passenger car - is it based on a Mercedes Sprinter?

The donor car is a Ssangyong Musso, powered by Mercedes Benz and the grille is from a 1930's/50's Mercedes Benz 170, but I have no idea where it was built or by whom.
