I read what you wrote about literal translation I tried to find other translations but always give me
"Knows Beans" by Shandong Ocean Electric Cars Co. now called New Ocean Electric Cars Co. for export.
And for the local market Xindayan with ZD logo.

You found it. The car is called the Xindayang ZD.  China Xindayang  has its own website with English content, and its EV subsidiary, Shandong Xindayang Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd also got one.
It is also interesting to note that the car is now available in Italy as the GreenGo i.car0
