It's a difficult one as I've never seen this before nor heard of it.
I guess there are three possibilities:

1. It's the car that later became the TiCi, built in the late 1960s by Anthony Hill and powered by a 500cc Triumph motorcycle engine
2. It's a prototype for a closed version of the TiCi
3. It's a private effort of somebody who didn't like his TiCi as a open top "roller skate" ;)

I can only guess and go for option number 2.

No1 is correct! Yes, this is the Mk1 TiCi with a Triumph motorbike engine - well done  :applause:
