This is a tough one.  What little information I could find is very sketchy, and often doesn't agree.  However, it is time to go with what little I have.

This is an interesting, “probably one-of”, car built by a Czech in Prague, except not Prague, Czechoslovakia.  According to my references the car was built by Czech immigrant John Pabian Sr. (and/or his son Bob), who operated the Prague Machine Shop in Prague, Nebraska, USA .  The car is reputed to be a circa 1903 Pabian, although the build date appears to be somewhat in doubt, as one reference says 1897, while another says “early 1900's”.
