It's a Wing Song Happy Squirrel Smiley de Luxe Baseball Quiche 600cc with optional Deep Dish Lucky Bell Chrome wheels by Kongsan Industries of Beijing and Swift Looky Telescope Bug headlights by Banal Monsoon Industries of Township Sector 18d.   

Or maybe it's a cheap WSHSSdLBQ 600 Turkish knockoff made as a sideline in Ford's Transit factory relocated from Southampton by Ford executives keen to make an extra few bucks-per-vehicle at any cost to anyone not a Ford shareholder.
