I found nothing about micro cars built by Patriarca, apart from a car named Delfina, but it looks quite different from puzzle car. So, please, unlock.

Not Moretti.
If you read carefully the clues it's much easier.
Quote
This is a known name for Autopuzzles but not that known.
There were few microcars but their fame lies elsewere.
This name is not totally obscure and we had it here on autopuzzles more than 1 time...but just once for his microcar
The minicar(s) were done by a relative of the builder of the more famous vehicles, and the car in the puzzle share its name with one of the best known of them
Not Iso...less known but featured here at least 8 times, 5 puzzles and 3 'other' topics
One of the so-called etceterini?
I'd say yes.
Not a Bizzarrini or a   .....ini

Here's all you need to know  ;)
One more try within 24hrs for you.

I admit my ignorance about Patriarcas...so I guess 750 berlinetta, that's obviously wrong.

You still have time and probably my clue need to be read in a different way (and probably it's not one of the best known, but built in many exemplars!).
I recap what you know:
Patriarca built sport cars and racers.
One of those gave (part) of its name to the puzzle car.
About the name you should consider something more than just it!

It's been featured here too  ;)

Yes, it was not the official name (it was presented to the press as 'Tipo 3') but it was nicknamed that way (and was easier to guess!).
It should have a Lombardini engine (2-cyl, 510cc, 6Cv) and was from 1999.
Point for you!
