I agree with luisps, this is the Grecav Sonique, an italian microcar built from 2010 to 2012. It is a big restyle of the Grecav Eke made from 2000 to 2008.

Grecav started in the microcar business in 1991 after his buyout of the BMA Amica rights and models.

FWD, with a choice of Lombardini diesel twin-cylinder FOCS 505 cc or the more silent common-rail 440 cc. There was some projects, including a gasoline Sonique for the chinese market, but these came to nothing.

I'm very curious to see which name you got... Never heard of any license-built Grecav nor copy of it.  :o

Presumably it is  Spÿk,  which is often typed as Spyk or Spijk on a keyboard without the ÿ character.
