The car is an Australian Armstrong Siddley "Ute" or coupe utility from 1952.
I do not know the body builder, but Holden's did a ton of these on various chassis or it may be factory built.

As I recognized it almost immediately, I wonder if it was a puzzle picture before??

Correct answer. It's a Whitley base, factory car.  I don't think it is a repost. I haven't found any other Ute. A point for you.

I found it, it was featured in an article on the history of the Australian Ute that I had read and saved from another website.
I think there may be a thread here too but I did not get a hit on Armstrong Siddley on a search here.
