If you took the hi-res pic from a set of pics, you should be able to see the answer there  ;)...

It is called Cisitalia D98 because it was presented in 1998. Grrrrr, this was difficult

I thought it was easier, the maker is quite known and there are books and books about.
I must confess I was not aware of this car untill I found an article about, but a search online gave me back several results.
It was built by Racing & Classic Car in Lombardore and shown in Turin in April 1998.
