It can't be Tatuus, or can it be?

Not Tatuus,
It's never easy to give clues in these cases...but it can't last forever: this maker is very, very known!

I'm not sure which Martini was that, but this is the most famous name which I can find in this regard.

Not Martini.
More famous.
This car was built by a known name, not in the restricted Formula Fire world. t was featured here dozens of times and each one in this forum knows it!

Let's say
Van Diemen: puzzle's car = Koenigsegg : Aston Martin

This is just a personal idea about the magnitudo of the popularity of the brand, nothing about their products or story or etc etc...don't spend too much time on this!

To be more precise, you can ignore the existence of Van Diemen or Koenigsegg if you are not very interested in Formula cars or exotic sportscars, but if you do not know Aston Martin or XXX it means you know very few about cars. (I choose Aston Martin because I know people who do not know it).

Not Lola.
Not Ferrari.
I won't lock it for the maker, I'll need the model too.

That's confusing indeed, as it's hard to imagine that a car of a famous make would not be mentioned in regard to a small series where mostly little known makes competed. Especially when you say that Van Diemen is a lesser known company compared to this one. Indeed, it looks even more to me now that this car might have been a conversion from a car for another series. Then again, I'm totally guessing now again.

Browsing through Formula Monza/Panda/F.I.R.E. information I've stumbled upon Marcos name. Any chance it is Marcos (if it was THAT Marcos)?

Not Marcos and no need to be confused...
This car was built for the Formula Fire.
I doubt it ever raced.
It was going to be produced in several exemplars.
I suspect that is the only one ever made.
You are too focused on Formula cars.

I know I am, I'm trying to get away from them. Must be Italian then if it was developed for Formula F.I.R.E. and surely it will be an unexpected name. Something like Bizzarrini?

Now we are on the right track!
It's an Italian make and Bizzarrini is a good guess but wrong.

Horacio Pagani has built a formula car for local Argentinian races early in his career. Maybe he could also develop a Formula Fire car? Pagani?
