Fiat Brevetti Tipo 2 10/12 HP, built from 1906 to 1909, this one is from 1908. Fiat Brevetti was the successor of Fiat-Ansaldi.

Tipo 2 is correct. Some sources rates it at 20\25hp.
So far so good. Who is the coachbuilder? It is quite obscure!
