Jan?
Jan Carlos XXXXXXXXX!
Is this car from 1975?
This car is featured in a magazine of 1976 and it could be from 1975 or earlier.

The missing part of the name doesn't sound argentinian at all!

The hint about last word is too wide. Some wild guess Kobayashi?

Not Kobayashi.
If you google that name, you'll find dozens of results about a young (quite famous it seems) poet.
There was a movie about his life and one of his poems was sang in a LP by a singer of his country.
I know it's not about the car but I'm afraid it's the only way...even if a couple of you should have the answer somewhere  ::)
Find the place of this poet and you'll find him.

Jan Carlos ______i.
Last name sounds like a composer, from Europe but not from Italy...and it ends with 'i' and not 'y'.
