Front wheels looks like Fiat ones (600 or 850), but rear ones have five bullons...anyway, perhaps a fiat base?

It was a selfbuilt car but there were no kits or plans for it.

This car was built by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and it's called Xxxxx, that was the abbreviation of Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx.
It was based on a Xxxxxx Xxx with an XX XX engine (plus several other donors).

Now, let's play hangman.
I won't lock it till the end!

Not a GM V8.
You can decide if you like to guess the old fashioned way or to play hangman.
In this case you just have to pick a letter.
