This is the Cambodian homebuilt car, called the Angkor 333.  Designed and built by Mr. Nhean Phaloek, the car is apparently going to be put into production.  Originally a gasoline design, the current plan appears to be that it will be produced as an electric, or perhaps a hybrid.

All correct!
Not a bad design for a homebuilt car.
Point for you!

It is always easy afterwards, but the logo on the trunk is that of Angkor Wat, which is even present on the Cambodian flag.
