I recognise this one, its the 1963 Stebro- Ford IV F1 car.
Powered by a Ted Martin modified 3 valve per cylinder Ford 1500 cc engine, its claim to fame is it remains the only F1 car to be designed and built in Canada (by Peter Broeker who used to make performance exhausts in Ottawa ).
I believe the car was originally set up for Ted Martins bespoke V8 F1 engine, but it never raced with it due to problems.
Sadly it was not great success, but it still exists!
