Some kind of Bugatti T35 revival with flying wheels?

There's clearly a Bugatti influence, but no official connection

Not a Stutz replica is it?

P.S. And how is that rear wheel attached?!

I thought I knew when I saw the puzzle picture.

Now I've managed to dig it out again.

It is (quite obviously) a Bugatti 1:1 scale model / proposal by Georgian designer Zviad Tsikolia. Presented at IAA Frankfurt in 1997, I think.

EDIT: D'Factor by Tsikolia Design
